Kendall is the grease that keeps our wheels turning. He ensures all project crews are running efficiently and is often on job sites offering support to both staff and clients. He also helps us create new and polish current policies and procedures.

Tim Weigold
We call Tim our multi-tool because can put him in any role within the company and he excels. Tim meets with clients in their homes to discuss the project, take photos and measurements, and answer questions. Then he goes back to the office to build their estimate.

David started his career in the field with CSC, giving him hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our work. Now part of the estimating team, he brings valuable knowledge, attention to detail, and insight that adds tremendous value to every project.

TR was our very first team member! TR brings leadership, knowledge and lots of laughs to the job site, where he coordinates materials, delegates jobs, and communicates with our customers and crews. TR’s passion for construction is evident in his daily work.
