Positions

Crew Leader

This position would be the link between the customers, project managers, and onsite personnel.  Crew leaders are experts in many divisions within the construction industry. As the onsite leader, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for the worksite and other personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-years’ of experience in the construction industry
  • 1-year of management experience
  • Experience in carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, doors, and windows

Residential Estimator

This position is responsible for creating and managing residential estimates. A few of the main duties are creating a proposal, tracking the costs of a project, understanding customer specifications, and proposing a final budget and estimate for a project as well as growing relationships with clients and subs.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in construction estimating
  • Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
  • Must have a working knowledge of applicable building code

Commercial Estimator

This position is responsible for creating and managing commercial estimates as well as determining the cost of materials, the time it should take to complete a job, and attending pre-bid meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in commercial construction estimating
  • Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
  • Experience Inspection and evaluation of commercial structures

Project Manager

This position is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The project manager plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps clear and consistent communication with the necessary chain of command.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
  • Have strong communication and consumer skills.
  • Must be able to perform the following with little to no supervision:
    – Ability to read plans and prepare material take-offs.
    – Produce a production schedule
    – Supervise the roofing, insulation drywall, tile, flooring, and mechanical trade partners on each project

Field Technician

Technicians aid in physical work — including digging, building, unloading, clearing, and assisting craftspeople — required on job sites. They may also operate machinery.

Job Requirements: 

  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn

Office Manager

This position coordinates and oversees administrative duties in the office and ensures the office operates efficiently and smoothly. The responsibilities generally include duties like managing office supplies, owning budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like implementing policies and procedures and invoicing.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent math skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Office Management experience
  • Ability to multitask

Administrative Assistant

This position would work directly with Project Managers, Office Managers, sub-contractors, materials vendors, and crews in the field. This person would be working with several different programs utilized by our business such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, Company Cam, and Google Calendar.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong math, communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Minimum 1-year Administrative Assistant experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
